 04/09/03  Lump appeared in abdominal area
 04/11/03  Debulking surgery
   Chemo - 6 rounds      70-75% tumor shrinkage
      Adriamycin (Doxorubicin) : constant 72 hour drip, days 1-3
      Ifosfamide (Ifex) : 1 hour per day, days 1-4
      Vincristine : 1 syringe, day 1
   Chemo - #7 & #8      Very slight growth noted          
      Docetaxel (Taxotere) & Gemcitabine (Gemzar)
 02/02  Chemo- #9 & #10      30% shrinkage
      Cisplatin : day 1   and   Etoposide (VP-16) : days 1-3
 06/04  Chemo- Cisplatnum & Etoposide         Some shrinkage still happening. 
 07/28/04  Began a Phase 1 clinical trial for AMG 706 / AMG706 at M.D. Anderson
 12/14/04  CT scan      Tumors are still stable while on AMG 706

Chemotherapy Notes

Neulasta shot given to boost white blood cell counts.  Procrit shot given to boost red blood cell counts.

Emend tablets and Anzamet tablets taken for nausea.  Compazine was not very good for nausea.

Senokot-S taken to prevent constipation during chemo.
